IFC Midnight acquired the U.S. rights to Brandon Cronenberg’s interesting film Antiviral. Syd March works at the Lucas clinic where he harvests the live viruses from sick celebrities. Obsessed fans pay him a fortune in order to feel the same as their celebrity idols, biological communion. He soon becomes infected by a virus that actually kills a celebrity. Syd now must rush to find a cure lest he die himself.
