Yes, it’s me, Chris Morey from Dark Regions Press. I’m that guy you see marketing books all over the internet. I’m also an Editor, Webmaster, Web Designer, Internet Marketer, Community Manager and Customer Service rep for Dark Regions Press. It’s been a challenging but rewarding journey helping Dark Regions Press grow, but as a result of the hard work of our staff, authors and our loyal fans, we are now one of the largest specialty presses in the United States, and we’ve got plenty of great things to come.



As you can imagine, working with creative fiction, poetry and artwork on a constant basis makes it nearly impossible not to be regularly inspired. So yes, I am also a writer. I started my writing career on MySpace, transcribing the discovered remnants of the Jack Moore Journals as blog entries so that the public might discover their whereabouts. Since then I’ve been published several times (Ghostlight Magazine, Aoife’s Kiss, Demon Minds to name but a few) and am working on several projects currently. These projects include a new version of my personal website, which will have many of my stories, poems, artwork, articles, blogs and more. When the new website is up you’ll find it at:

My ambitious (but achievable) goal is to have my first truly published book on the shelves by the end of 2013. Once that happens you’ll see me all over the internet once more, marketing it like the good little capitalist-slave that I am. You should buy it. It’s probably going to be pretty damned good.
