Fairy tale themed “Grimm” has been added to the NBC line up. Grimm will air Friday nights at 9/8c.

Saoirse Ronan and Gemma Arterton are onboard as casts of Neil Jordan’s Byzantium. Neil Jordan’s last vampire movie was Interview with the Vampire.

Dimension Films and Miramax started production on The Amityville Horror: The Lost Tapes. Production will start this summer with a release date for January 27, 2012.

Lionsgate will be releasing Goblin on July 26th. Goblin is directed by Jeffery Scott Lando, and stars Gil Bellows, Tracy Spiridakos, Camille Sullivan, and Donnelly Rhodes. Following in the Halloween tradition where some folk decorate their homes while others throw huge parties. Some people like tossing hideously deformed children into raging bonfires.

DreamWorks Pictures has released their Fright Night Trailer starring Anton Yelchin, Colin Farrell, Christopher Mintz-Plasse, David Tennant, Imogen Poots and Toni Collette. The remake will be released August 19 and directed by Craig Gillespie.

True Blood Season 4 premiers June 26 at 9pm on HBO. True Blood is about vampires who come out of hiding and make themselves public. Thanks to the synthetic blood mixture, True Blood, has made a good substitute for human blood. Based on the best selling Sookie Stackhouse novels by Charlaine Harris.

Sector 7 is Korea’s 3D creature feature about a creature from the ocean that attacks an oil rig. The teaser trailer delivers some great scenes although they are in Korean. Centered on a group of workers on the oil rig named the ‘Eclipse’ are terrorized by a underwater sea creature.

Lance Preston played by Sean Rogerson and the crew of Grave Encounters shoot an episode inside an abandoned Collingwood Psychiatric Hospital. Grave Encounters is a ghost hunting team who investigate paranormal unexplained phenomena.

Top Horror Movies of 2010 is somewhat of a mixed bag. 2010 was not a great year for horror films but here is the top movies, Devil, Paranormal Activity 2, Let Me In, Splice, Frozen, Rec2, After Life, The Last Exorcism, Daybreakers and The Crazies.

Lionsgate debuts Blood Night: The Legend of Mary Hatchet on Dvd and Digital Download for June 14. This slasher horror film is the 2009 Best Feature at the Shocker Fest International Film Festival. Also selected at several other events including the New York City Horror Film Festival, the Freakshow Horror Film Festival and more.

Showtime series hit Dexter is back again with a new teaser recapping the highlights of previous seasons. Not much about the new season six but for all you Serial Killer Dexter Morgan fans out there, you can’t miss this.

Final Destination is back again with 5nl Destination and this time survivors of a suspension bridge collapse are trying to out smart Death. Starring Nicholas D’Agosto, sexy Emma Bell and Arlen Escarpeta. Directed by Steven Quale and coming from Warner Bros. Studio and dropping August 12, 2011.

Dario Argento is currently picking up the pieces after a slew of bad movies but Dracula 3D will hopefully be the good movie. This Master of Horror has casted Marta Gastini (The Rite), Rutger Hauer (Hobo With a Shotgun, The Hitcher), Asia Argento (Land of the Dead), Miguel Angel Silvestre and Miriam Giovanelli.
