Gregory Horror Show - The Nightmare Begins . . . Vol. 1 2004 Horror Movie Review

Gregory Horror Show is a CG-animated horror/comedy program, set in an alternate dimension and populated by surreal and imaginative characters.  Each episode is dominated by Gregory, the evil proprietor of Gregory House.  On the surface, each inhabitant of this “hotel for lost souls” represents a universal, everyday fear.  But even this appearance is camouflaged by the bright plumage of insecurity hiding inner conflicts and subtlety of character.  Each episode will be partly funny, partly scary and always challenging for the viewer as well as being unrelentingly entertaining!  Though not meant to be educational, there are cores aspects of empowerment, tolerance, patience, imagination, self-exploration and overcoming fear in nearly every episode.  So enjoy your stay in Gregory House.  As Gregory himself says, “If you’re here, you’ve already paid for your room well in advance.”
