The She Beast 2003 Horror Movie Review
Horror movies Review
Avoid this awful DVD from Alpha Video (Alpha is always bad), and get this one from Dark Sky Films, with a remarkable picture quality. For the first time this film is presented on a really good widescreen DVD transfer, with good extras (interesting audio commentary with Barbara Steele, Ian Ogilvy and the producer).
The director, Michael Reeves, is often considered as a genius. I wonder why. He made 3 bad films (this one is maybe the best), and died young. I supose this last quality made him “cult”. Even Ian Ogilvy and Barbara Stelle have to admit it (on the commentary).
