A mad scientist invents a secret formula that brings enemy World War II soldiers back to life to assist in a war against America. To combat this the US government uses the reanimated remains of American war heroes to create an ultimate warrior named Matthew Blackheart. After the battle Blackheart is cryogenically frozen only to reappear 50 years later in a world where the threat of monster terror is a dreadful reality.
