Oktober 2006 Horror Movie Review

James Harper doesn’t know it, but he’s a walking experiment. His body carries a secret enzyme that could turn him into a weapon of enormous potential. Risinger-Genoud, one of the world’s most powerful companies is after him. 

Hunted by a security force more powerful than most governments, Harper wages a one-man campaign to expose the illegal pharmaceutical test, the Oktober Project, in which he has unwittingly become involved. Linda McKay, a disenchanted Risinger-Genoud researcher, joins his mission, feeding him information while facing the continuing peril of discovery.
