Three friends are on a thrill seeking ride across Europe. They then meet up with the daughter concieved in An American Werewolf in London (1981) and save her from comitting suicide over the Eifel Tower. They become entangled in a plot where psycho werewolves have discovered the way through a serum to change whenever they want.
