Even worse than the other David DeCoteau films
I've basically discovered David DeCoteau films are like PG rated man eye candy, with a bit of homoeroticism thrown in. "Killer Bash" has better production values than the other films of his I've seen, but the plot is SOO slow. It misses the major cheese/camp factor of the other films, and that factor is what makes the others films at least watchable. Check out Voodoo Academy or The Frightening. The mom in the latter is far scarier than anything you'll find in "Killer Bash."
To give you an idea of how slowly paced this movie is, the main character looks at a stack of yearbooks and it takes her over five seconds to run her fingers down the sequentially yeared books to find the 1975 volume. Rub your finger on something for five seconds: it's a LONG time, especially to point at a book that's in its proper order.

Revenge from Beyond the Grave
Thirty years ago, geeky Robert Hyde (Graham Wardle) cames to a bad end when he is bashed by five members of Delta Phi Psi fraternity.
Moving to the present, frumpy and unpopular Becky Jeckyl (Raquel Riskin) finds herself stuck at Halston College over Christmas vacation when her parents go off on their own. When she finds some of Robert's books and an old school map, she wanders the tunnels and finds an old class ring, later casually attaching it to her necklace before going to bed.
When school starts up again, Becky has upgraded her appearance, impressing four sorority girls some and five Delta Phi Psi guys more. After an incident, Becky starts having personality shifts, and the frat guys start having accidental deaths. The fathers of the five frat guys were all in Delta Phi Psi too. Is this a coincidence? What about Doug Hart (Cory Monteith), the one frat guy who tries to be nice to Becky? What did happen to the geek thirty years ago, and how does all this resolve?
Killer Bash is one of the best films of David DeCoteau, a director whose films often combine eroticism with the supernatural. Gone are the annoying perpetual lightning storms, heartbeat undertones, and slo-mo shower scenes. In are a good plot, more distinguishable characters, great looks, and some acting talent. There are still the trademark skin shots of almost all the male characters in story-driven settings. For a low budget movie, the execution is very good.
Other than trailers for the film and four others, there are no extras.
