When Arthur lost his wife, he cloisters his teenage daughter Lucille inside a very strange mansion. Arthur is a surgeon by profession and when Lucille botched a suicide attempt and burns her face, he prepares a skin graft to give her back what she lost. However, the face that he prepares for her resembles that of his late wife. Arthur hires Joan to take care of Lucille and the two women become involved in a passionate affair of forbidden love.
The plot, at this point, sounds fine but…................something happened. There is a great deal of potential for this film. Director Maria Beatty almost lost a great idea to mediocre acting. The horror here is in your face but the effects are melodramatic. I really hate to see a film that has so much going for it in some areas loses out because other areas do not make up for it. Nevertheless “Bandaged” is worth a look-see.

Mondo always has something cool in the works. The latest is two posters of The Lost Boys. Phantom City Creative is responsible for the design. I am a huge fan of the original movie and it is a real classic horror movie for me.
