William is a soldier home from Iraq and struggling to make sense of what he experienced in the conflict, trained in the torture and killing of prisoners and dissidents for information while stationed there. The problem is that now that he is home, he still thinks he is doing that job! Anyone who appears "un-American" will cross his path and feel the rage. Leaving a trail of bodies and rivers of blood in his wake, it is only a matter of time before all hell will break loose…
