A Stranger is Watching (1982)

A Stranger is Watching is more of a kidnapping drama then a horror movie. A film made by the creator of Friday the 13th that shows he can do more than just horror. The movie stars a psycho who kidnaps his victims, gets the ransom then kills the victims. He does all this while in the Grand Central vast tunnels. The victims use their brains in hopes of out thinking the killer with the only help from various homeless people along the way.
