Laura Siprien (Monica Bellucci) and her 7-year-old adopted son, Liu, share the perfect life together in Paris. However, soon after they discover that their reoccurring nightmares are shared, a series of mysterious events occur around Liu. First, a strange mark appears on his chest. Next, the little boy begins to murmur a foreign language in his sleep. Confused and distressed, Laura confides in her friend Sybille Weber (Catherine Deneuve), the executive director at the Inyt Foundation that helped Laura adopt Liu from Mongolia. Their investigation begins to unravel supernatural conspiracy involving Liu, and the sorcerers behind it will stop at nothing to fulfill their unholy mission.
Dubbed as the French “Sixth Sense,” “The Stone Council” is a fantasy thriller that will keep you in suspense through all its twist and turns.
