Joe (Maniac) Spinell plays Vinny, a cab driver with dreams of becoming a major Hollywood producer. He is obsessed with cult horror actress Jenna Bates (Bond-Girl Caroline Munro) and will stop at nothing to have her star in his first film. He follows her to the Cannes Film Festival where she is promoting her next movie. After Jenna gives him the brush off, members of her entourage are murdered one by one. When Jenna calls the cops to investigate, they don t believe her it s probably just a publicity stunt for her next film. Is Jenna alone at the mercy of mad stalked Vinny? When will the carnage at Cannes end?
