Traveler Allan Gray is staying at a chateau in the French countryside. While the location is pleasant, Allen starts to experience things that are out of the ordinary. As he befriends the family who lives in the chateau, Allen learns what is haunting them. Can Allen be the hero and save them from Vampyr?
Vampyr was adapted from stories written by Sheridan Le Fanu and directed by Carl Theodor Dreyer. Allan Gray is played by Julian West, which was a stage name for Baron Nicolas de Gunzburg, who financed the film.
