Abstract 2008 Horror Movie Review

Eric Thompson’s “Abstract” is an independent horror movie that will keep you on the edge of your seat. Simon (played by Danny Lawler) is a young, insecure artist on the edge of insanity. His new wife, Ricki (played by Wendy Brey), is a flirty high school teacher who Simon suspects of cheating. Overwhelmed by paranoia, Simon relocates to smaller and smaller towns. When he receives word that an uncle has willed him house in a rural area, he wastes no time, believing the close quarters will bring he and his wife closer. Instead, Simon becomes more paranoid than ever as his wife develops a questionable relationship with a male coworker. Influenced by a paranormal force within the house, Simon is sent into a murderous rage. Abstract is a must see for fans of classic suspense thrillers.
