A secret government plan to influence America’s enemies via cell phone signals turns into a nightmare when the technology leaks into the U.S. Now, one by one, people are being turned into zombies by simply answering their cell phones.
Some people receiving the signal are told to mutilate themselves. Others are told to murder. In some cases, entire communities are ordered to riot. Who controls this technology? What organizations are profiting from this mayhem and slaughter? And how can this nightmare be stopped?
