Urusei Yatsura - Movie 4 - Lum the Forever 2004 Horror Movie Review

The most bizarre of the URUSEI YATSURA movies, mere summary really does this one very little justice. Some of the more prominent elements of the plot concern a film that the gang are making, which stars Ataru and some very animated props. Later, Lum discovers that her powers have been greatly diminished and cannot even muster enough energy to electrocute Ataru when chases after some cute girls at school. However, these plot points are really just jumping-off points for the surreal imagery and situations that Ms. Takahashi concocts here, which are among the very best that she has ever done.
