This costume runs VERY small I am usually a 10 and thought since the size chart said XL fits size 14 I could take it in if needed since they only had size XL in stock. it fit so i would say it’s more like a M/L than an XL… no room to spare and the halter top is a tie top.. like a bikini.. it did not lay flat and the material is shiny garbage bag looking… way cuter in the picture than in person.
