When Robert Caine (Kirk Douglas) sets out to build a massive nuclear plant in the Middle East, he discovers a cavern rumored to foretell the end of the world. Caine shrugs off the dire inscriptions on the cave walls…until people who oppose the plant begin dying in strange and horrifying ways. Can Caine complete his project and prove the curse to be false - or will he fall victim to the same terrible fate?
