The popular Animé world of URUSEI YATSURA opens up once again for this feature length adventure. This time out a love potion is desired by Lupica, who can’t wait to get her hands on the magical elixir so she can woo the object of her affections. It’s going to be an arduous task to get her hands on the potion, however, with Ataru Moroboshi the only being in the Universe who can help Lupica in her plight.
