The Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde Rock 'n Roll Musical 2008 Horror Movie Review

In the tradition of “The Rocky Horror Picture Show” and “Phantom of the Paradise” - two of the music and film industry’s most renown cult classics - comes an original romp through one of literature’s greatest stories.  Based on the Robert Louis Stevenson classic and directed by Andre Champagne, “The Dr. Jekyll & Mr. Hyde Rock ‘n Roll Musical” puts Dr. Jekyll in modern day society, still hell bent on performing his good vs. evil scientific experiments. This time around, Mr. Hyde’s demonic dementia is coupled with sadistic serenading as his victims fall prey amidst a rock ‘n roll score by Alan Bernhoft.
