Dawn of the Dead (2004) Horror Movie Review
Horror movies Review
I liked the remake better then the original. George Romero’s zombie film was great for it’s time but it is a new age. The Dawn of the Dead remake delivers gruesome blood gushing wounds, explosions and zombies on fire, I love it.
The zombie horde take over a city and the survivors find shelter in a shopping mall which in fact is the best place to be, it’s secure and has everything you need for day to day life. Dawn of the Dead delivers great action scenes in the first 20 minutes that you’ll need to see all over again.
There is an extremely unnerving seen which details the insanity that a parent will endure to preserve their bloodline. When I saw this scene, it both touched and appalled every fiber of my being.
Best zombie kill scene: The shopping mall has a great stock of guns and the survivors get a sniper rifle in which they use to kill all zombies who look like celebrities, genius.
Synopsis:A nurse, a policeman, a young married couple, a salesman, and other survivors of a worldwide plague that is producing aggressive, flesh-eating zombies, take refuge in a mega Midwestern shopping mall.
