Phantomhive vampires are fictional  Even if you adopt their life style, you could wind up as a blood fetish but not real vampire.

Ah I see. Well, believe as you will about vampire existence. Just remember, your world you know, is not the entire world. It is but a tiny part of a much bigger picture, that you cannot fully see. Vampires, might just be in a part of it that doesn't have anything to do with your personal section.
