Click on your picture, open with pain, go in on resize and change it to 225-350 but remember to click of that lil square wich it say maintain bla bla.
Then after that your photo will with 99% be uggly. So you need to make it smaller by cutting off things that is not needed so probably just the face is visible. After that you save as JpG file. Then load it up good luck.
