Problem: Describe the problem as simply as possible.
Time: When it occurred. mm/dd/yyyy time (12 hour format) am/pm
Browser: Internet Explorer, Firefox, Flock, Google Chrome, Safari, etc...
Troubleshooting: Did you repeat the action (if applicable), do anything different a second time with the same result?
This will help Admin more than you know.
If responding to a bug forum, please include the time and browser and any troubleshooting you tried. The nature of the bug is already known from the first post.
