You can kill the Werewolfs body if you wishes to do. Just get a sniper rifle aim on the head bang! Werewolfs body = gone. To make the Werewolf stay dead that is a complete different story.
The Werewolf is created to end the misery of reinkarnation and cant be ended by anything else then making the pack leader give away its power wich it will never do. The Werewolf just continue moving to another body and kick out that owners soul and takes over.
So fighting a Werewolf is like bumping your head in the wall its pointless. However the Werewolf thinks that fighting with the humans is pointless to. They dont wish to create more suffering they wish to end the suffering. So they just continue eating up the souls untill no more souls exist to eat up.
