Not always, I usually only have nightmares, which I believe is the main cause of my insomnia...

I know the nightmare feeling, but sometimes sleep is necessary for your body to function, I suffer from insomnia also.

I was a veritable zombie lol 100% braindead, but then I passed out for about a week, and when I woke, I did not have insomnia again for a long while
