Girl there's ways to protect yourself and your family without going to the darkside. Im tring to be mean but I think that investigator that researching the vampire culture in New York and was never heard from again. Im not trying to offend. Honestly I was once like you I felt powerless and considered turning to the darkside. But there are other ways. Please take care of yourself and remember Im not trying to judge you okay
