Children in Horror films
Hi, new member here. I saw the Exorcist New Beginning last night and the most shocking thing in the film was the scene where the little boy was
attacked by hyenas. It made me wonder if there has ever been a scene in any horror film in the past where a child was shown being killed in such a
brutal fashion? I don't believe so but I am sure someone here
would know. anyone?

Yeah, you have probably hit on the most disturbing. Most children deaths are implied or suggested. I am sure if you looked hard enough , you could
find an indie example that beats it but, to go searching for it is probably not a bridge you want to cross.

hell if i make a horror movie i dont care what anyone thinks ill have who ever i want to die, die, kids, girls, guys, pregneat girls, little babys
geting eaten, ill have ppl trowing up all over the moives

Dude! I agree. I just thought that this may be a quest not to be embarked on without fully realizing the consequences and that there are WAY more
disturbing things out there.

in the toxic avenger a kid gets his crushed by a car, don't know if it would be more or less disturbing than him being eaten by hyenas.........just
