I guess you could cut off all their toes and fingers then lock them in a room with 30 mins before the room fills with flesh eating insects and give

(getting back to topic) I think some of the worst ways to die is the most basic. Like in Saw II when "Obi" ways burned alive foot first. Now thats
pain my friends. He had to be alive, and witness 80% of the burning before experiencing the sweet embrace of death.
