well for a small amount of money your probably not going to get a high quality killing. In my opinion (remember this is just what I think) you should
aim high and have them suffer. Like for an extra couple thousand you could probably send'em to those two guys in "Pulp Fiction"......the cop, and
the guy that owned the gun-shop. That would be a fate worse than death.
