According to Myth, Legend, and folklore what kind of super power is a vampire known to have. And to make the information a little more correct please
state were it is given from say "Myth".

Breakdown of typical powers:
Shapeshifting being very rare, and typically of a magickal ability rather than a vampyric one.
Mental abilities are far more common,
Arcane sight, or rather the ability to see from alternate perspectives then their eyes alone. Could be from an inanimate object, location in
space/time, or even someone elses point of view
Empathy: being able to feel/read others emotions and possibly, depending on control, influance these emotions
Physical empathy: much like emotions, only on the physical body, feeling the others pain or pleasure, and again, possibly influancing them
telepathy. Most have it on a purely receptive level, being able to hear others minds, but that is not to say that a lot of us can use this going both
ways, in and out
Speed, yes, it is one common to us, Moving, some move physically faster, and others learn to use cracks and streams in flowing time to alter their
movement, and this same effect can be used to augment strength
advanced senses is obvious, but not always there.
This is just a short list. And the source, they are some of my most potent abilities.

y would a vamp turn into a wolf i herd that or rather saw (underworld) that werewolfs and vamps were not to nice to each other? or dose a wolf have
noting to do with werewolfs? or its just a made up that they fight?

I heard that they are mixed with both human, and animal traits. Almost like interspecies breeding. For example, any given vampire will have human
traits:speech, a human form, bad breath, ability to walk on two legs. And also Animal traits: night vision, long fingers nails, agility, teeth
(fangs), hunters instinct. All of these are present in a vampire, but some are more dominant then others, like human genetics. Some genes take
precedence over others, and because the human genes (traits) are already present and established in the human. The Animal genes (traits) must either
force a genetic change, or become dormant, which is why a vampire doesn't fully become non-human. They keep whatever human traits are dominant, which
is most-likely the human form, and adapt to the new traits that force dominance, Elongated k-9 teeth, hightened sense of smell, .....etc
