Demon: Incubus
Incubus aka Incubi. (Latin the ones that lie on you)
They are male nightmares, ghosts that sit on the sleepers chest and cause nightmares. They are also lovers of witches, and the male counterpart to succubi, energy sucking spirits of sexual lusting.
A demon in the male form who lie on women in order to have sex with them. Its female counterpart is the succubus. An incubus may pursue sexual relations with a woman in order to father a child, as in the legend of Merlin. Religious traditions foretells that repeated intercourse with an incubus or succubus may result in the deterioration of health or even death.
