Very informative, but useful reading
I read this book in the early 1980's and actually logged on, hoping to get a copy. Written in 1978, it is still a historically factual book which is simple but informative reading. It covers many incidents in both crime and disasters in Australia from colonial days up until the Granville train disaster and brings home our lucky we realy are to be alive.
