You have to love the Prince Zarkon books. They are great pulp tributes and the character has immense potential.
This blue tale, however, doesn’t quite showcase that potential. It falls short, but at least it does so in a funtastic way. It had a nifty idea that just needed more development. Reads like one of the off Doc Savages, written by a ghost writer.
But still worth a read. Zarkon and crew are too fun to ever miss a single outing.
