I thought I might be put off by Colin being married to Makenna’s sister,but once you read the story, you know how it really was between the two of them.
Michele Sinclair packs a lot of heart and soul in this book! I thoroughly enjoyed Makenna’s growth from a headstrong girl into a mature woman. I also thrilled at Colin’s coming alive bit by bit. It made me really fall in love with this story and not want it to end. Nothing was boring, nothing seemed irrelevant and it wasn’t as gruesome as some of the romance stories out there. This is a hero, as a hero should truly be, and a heroine as she should be! Now that I read it from the library, and loved it so much, I am buying it to re-read again.
