AMC The Walking Dead Season 3 - Official Poster

It is finally here, AMC‘s The Walking Dead Season 3 poster. The poster restates “Fight the Dead, Fear the Living.” Below that is Rick Grimes with is gun trained on a possible zombie or perhaps even a living target. He is the ultimate badass and following up to the Season 2 ending where he decides to lead the group with an iron fist, I can’t wait to see where Rick Grimes leads us. Rick stands on top of a overturned bus with the prison in the background.

Following the Season 2 finale episode, Beside the Dying Fire, Rick Grimes and his group notice the West Central Prison, Georgia, which serves as the main location for the survivors. Michonne is introduced and her character will develop throughout the season as well as the return of Merle Dixon, Daryl’s brother. The main antagonist The Governor played by David Morrissey will also be introduced in this season.

AMC’s The Walking Dead Season 3 premieres October 14, 2012 at 9/8C.
