Rob Zombie has posted the first official image on his blog from his next horror movie “Lords of Salem”.

Rob Zombie is tight lipped about all his projects but did release the following:

“Here it is! The first image from the film THE LORDS OF SALEM and that’s all I will say. Okay, I will say that the scene that involves this face is very painful.”

Haunted Pictures (Jason Blum, Steven Schneider, and Oren Peli) will be prodcuing along with Andy Gould and Brian Kavanaugh-Jones.

Synopsis: “The Lords of Salem follows a local DJ who mistakenly unleashes a hellish curse on the town. 300 years earlier on the very streets of Salem that the townspeople walk on today, innocent folks were rounded up from their homes, convicted of being witches and sentenced to death. The Lords of Salem ran the town with an iron fist, but four witches who were tortured and killed in secrecy vowed that one day they would be back for revenge.”
